Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take? All orders are delivered within 7-14 business days to UK addresses. We'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you offer free delivery? Yes — we offer free UK delivery on every single order, no minimum spend required.

Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

I haven't received my order — what should I do? If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days please get in touch with us and we'll look into it straight away.


Products

Are your products safe for all dogs? Yes. Every product in the HushedPaw collection has been selected with dog safety as the priority. Our chews are non-toxic, low fat and high in protein. If your dog has any specific health conditions we always recommend checking with your vet first.

What sizes does the Calming Bolster Bed come in? Our Calming Bolster Bed is available in Small, Medium, Large, XL, XXL and XXXL — suitable for every breed from chihuahuas to great danes.

Are the beds machine washable? Yes — both the Calming Bolster Bed and Car Calming Bed are machine washable, making them easy to keep fresh and clean.

How does the Heartbeat Comfort Toy work? The toy contains a small device that simulates a gentle, rhythmic heartbeat — mimicking the sensation puppies feel with their littermates. Simply place the device inside the toy and let your dog cuddle up to it.

How many chews come in each order? Each order includes 2 packs of 5 rawhide sticks — 10 chews in total. They're long lasting so a single order will keep most dogs going for several weeks.


Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy? We want every HushedPaw customer to be completely happy. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, exchange or full refund.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do? We're sorry to hear that. Please email us with a photo of the damaged item and we'll send a replacement out to you as quickly as possible.
